Most of the people I work with are used to managing things on their own. You may be thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, but still find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or reacting in ways you later wish you hadn’t.
My role is to understand how you see yourself and your world—and how that connects to what shows up in your relationships, your emotions, and your daily life.
From there, we work together to notice the patterns, reactions, and habits that contribute to feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or caught in the same cycles. Then we explore practical ways to respond differently, feel more steady, and gain clarity about your next steps.
