There’s no one right way to approach therapy
because no two people experience life in the same way.
Most of the people I work with are used to managing things on their own. They’re thoughtful, capable, and aware but still find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that are hard to shift.
My role is to understand how you see yourself and your world, and how that connects to what you’re currently experiencing.
From there, we work together to identify the patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, low mood, or a sense of overload.

I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and straightforward—
where you can be honest about what’s going on without feeling judged or pressured.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Person Centered Therapy
